Champions Aren’t Born… They’re Built

Our Youth Fitness classes are designed to help kids start a lifelong journey of health and wellness. These classes are held in either:

  • Our state-of-the-art Strength & Agility Center
  • The Gymnasium
  • Outdoors (weather permitting).

Each class features a fast-paced, high-energy environment that is designed to appeal to youth; whether they are already an athlete or looking to get their start, the challenging atmosphere will keep them coming back for more. Creating exercise habits young helps to build bone density, connective tissue, and prevent injuries all while having a great time!

Here’s why it’s okay for kids to start early and be strong!

  • Jumping Ability
  • Short Sprint Speed
  • Muscle Mass
  • Reduced Body Fat
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Core Strength
  • Cardiovascular Health
  • Postural Alignment
  • Body Awareness
  • Reduced Risk of Injury

Each session will focus on a specific athletic skill that will enhance their abilities, accountability to themselves, self-worth, and start a habit that lasts a lifetime.

Class Schedule | Begins Tuesday, September 22nd

Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Strength & Agility Center

Youth Fitness classes are targeted at the specified grades listed but are not exclusively limited to only those grades. If your child is unable to attend the class targeted to their age they are welcome to join in on the other. 

  • Youth Fitness | 4:15 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Target Age | 8 years old (by first class attending) to 8th grade
