Executive Staff

The Executive Staff runs the daily operation of the YMCA for both campuses, leads the fundraising effort, coordinates support staff, and secures foundation and grant support for the continued operation of the organization.

Tim Miner
Chief Executive Officer

Tim has a colorful business background, holding executive positions with a few different for-profit companies in the past. His focus is on fundraising, digital systems, and community relations which he believes combine perfectly to best engage the community that we serve at the Johnson County Family YMCA.

Tim Cahhal
Operations Director

Completing BAS – Organizational Leadership – University of Wyoming

Tim has been a coach, official and league commissioner for multiple sports programs over the last 12 years. He is omnipresent at the Y and the sports ambassador to the schools and other organizations that we serve through youth and adult athletics.

Caleb Cohoon
Aquatics Coordinator

BS – Health and Physical Education – St Cloud State University
Head Swim Coach – Buffalo Swim Club

Caleb practically grew up here at the Y participating in swim lessons, youth sports, and many other activities throughout his youth. He now loves being outdoors hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting and is excited to share his experience with others. His focus is on creating a love for the water through different activities in the aquatic environment.

Kamisha Blakeman
Preschool Coordinator

BS – Elementary Education – Black Hills State University

Kamisha has taught special education from birth to secondary for three years in California. She has also taught preschool special education for 8 years in Fairbanks, AK. She enjoys hiking, skiing backcountry and downhill, swimming, and many other activities. She is very excited to be joining the team at the Y coaching and watching young children.
