The Executive Staff runs the daily operation of the YMCA for both campuses, leads the fundraising effort, coordinates support staff, and secures foundation and grant support for the continued operation of the organization.

Tim has a colorful business background, holding executive positions with a few different for-profit companies in the past. His focus is on fundraising, digital systems, and community relations which he believes combine perfectly to best engage the community that we serve at the Johnson County YMCA.

Gill has more than 35 years of office management & organizational experience along with a decade of event planning experience. Her focus is on the financial well being of the organization and she ensures all aspects of the bookkeeping process are managed appropriately.
Athletics & Events Director
Completing BAS – University of Wyoming – Organizational Leadership
Tim has been a coach, official and league commissioner for multiple sports programs over the last 12 years. He is omnipresent at the Y and the sports ambassador to the schools and other organizations that we serve through youth and adult athletics.
Ed von Holst
BA – Western State College – Biology
Ed has spent as much time in the pool as the mountains since joining the YMCA staff. He has 16 years teaching and coaching in aquatics and 26 years of outdoor education experience. Ed drives all programs and classes in the Y aquatics center.
Donita has 24 years as a licensed childcare provider and 18 years as a YMCA childcare provider here in Buffalo, WY. Her commitment to the youngest members of our community is appreciated by countless parents and Y members.
Kurt spent 3 years with Wyoming Game and Fish in the facilities maintenance department. He also has 10 years as a journeyman firefighter/EMT and 20 years of ranch management experience. His daily focus is on maintaining the broad range of systems and equipment, along with the various outbuildings, that make up the dispersed campus of the YMCA.

Shanda has been working for non-profit organizations for more than 17 years and has spent 12 of those leading program management for youth center agencies. Her focus is on the Y in the Park, our youth activities building that serves the youth of our community during their entire school careers.
