The Executive Staff runs the daily operation of the YMCA for both campuses, leads the fundraising effort, coordinates support staff, and secures foundation and grant support for the continued operation of the organization.

Tim has a colorful business background, holding executive positions with a few different for-profit companies in the past. His focus is on fundraising, digital systems, and community relations which he believes combine perfectly to best engage the community that we serve at the Johnson County YMCA.
Completing BAS – University of Wyoming – Organizational Leadership
Tim has been a coach, official and league commissioner for multiple sports programs over the last 12 years. He is omnipresent at the Y and the sports ambassador to the schools and other organizations that we serve through youth and adult athletics.
Marlborough Secretarial College – Private Secretary Diploma
Gill has more than 35 years of office management & organizational experience along with a decade of event planning experience. Her focus is on the financial well being of the organization and she ensures all aspects of the bookkeeping process are managed appropriately.

Head Swim Coach – Buffalo Swim Club
Caleb practically grew up here at the Y participating in swim lessons, youth sports and many other activities throughout his youth. He now loves being outdoors hiking, fishing, camping and hunting and is excited to share his experience with others. His focus is on creating a love for the water through different activities in the aquatic environment.

Seth is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, PE teacher, and Coach here at the Y and other organizations around the community. It is his focus to promote healthy living and enjoyment of an active lifestyle.
Camp 307 Coordinator
BS – Environmental and Outdoor Education from University of Minnesota Duluth
Josie has extensive outdoor education and adventure background. She’s worked as a canoe guide and naturalist in Minnesota taught outdoor education in West Virginia and was a raft guide in Oregon. Her favorite thing about her job is getting kids into the outdoors and connecting them to the natural world. When not at the Y you’ll probably find her out hiking in the Bighorns or canoeing in the Boundary Waters.
AS – General Studies from Sheridan College

Completing BS – Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University
Nate has a background in computer related fields including graphic design and computer maintenance. His focus over the past several years as a front desk staff has been on the Y member experience. He is excited to have transitioned onto our executive team and will continue to focus on the Y member experience.

Kamisha has taught special education from birth to secondary for three years in California. She has also taught preschool special education for 8 years in Fairbanks, AK. She enjoys hiking, skiing backcountry and downhill, swimming and many other activities. She is very excited to be joining the team at the Y coaching and watching young children.
