Executive Staff

The Executive Staff runs the daily operation of the YMCA for both campuses, leads the fundraising effort, coordinates support staff, and secures foundation and grant support for the continued operation of the organization.

Tim Miner
Chief Executive Officer

Tim has a colorful business background, holding executive positions with a few different for-profit companies in the past. His focus is on fundraising, digital systems, and community relations which he believes combine perfectly to best engage the community that we serve at the Johnson County Family YMCA.

Operations Director

Completing BAS – Organizational Leadership – University of Wyoming

Tim is an endurance athlete that has served the community as a trainer, coach, official, or league commissioner for multiple youth and adult programs over the past 12 years. He is an ambassador to outside organizations that share our mission of finding your best self in the pursuit of lifelong health and wellness. Tim is omnipresent at the Y, ensuring that all facets of the organization are meeting the standards that our members have come to expect. 

Caleb Cohoon
Aquatics Coordinator

BS – Health and Physical Education – St Cloud State University
Head Swim Coach – Buffalo Swim Club

Caleb practically grew up here at the Y participating in swim lessons, youth sports, and many other activities throughout his youth. He now loves being outdoors hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting and is excited to share his experience with others. His focus is on creating a love for the water through different activities in the aquatic environment.

Rileigh Olsen
Athletics Coordinator

BA – Psychology – University of South Carolina – Beaufort 

Rileigh has been heavily involved in athletics and fitness since she was a child. The soccer career she started at the Y took her all the way to the collegiate level, now she enjoys training and encouraging future athletes. With a passion for health, fitness, and athletics, she is eager to share her experience with youth and adults alike. 

Beau Gardiepy
Member Experience Lead

AS – Exercise and Movement Science with additional certificates and accreditations

Beau is an avid outdoorsman, martial artist, and bladesmith with a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Beau has been involved in nearly every aspect of the fitness industry, since 1996 as an accredited Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Facilities Manager.  

Kamisha Blakeman
Preschool Coordinator

BS – Early Childhood Special Education – Black Hills State University
BS – Elementary Education – Black Hills State University

Kamisha has taught special education from birth to secondary for three years in California. She has also taught preschool special education for 8 years in Fairbanks, AK. She enjoys hiking, skiing backcountry and downhill, swimming, and many other activities. She is very excited to be joining the team at the Y coaching and watching young children.
