How Do I: Register for Fill Day Child Care

The steps below will walk you through registering for Full Day Child Care.

Please note that at this time we are requiring infants (<12 Months) to be registered by contacting our
Preschool Coordinator, Kamisha Blakeman at [email protected] or 307 684 9558.

Multi-Child Discount
Each additional child is eligible for a $0.50/hr discount. Due to a limitation of our software, we are not able to apply the discount at the time of registration. Instead, at this time Account Credit will be added to your account at the end of each month. This Account Credit will be equal to the amount of the total discount you would have received.

Please see our blog How Do I: Create My Online Account for the steps. We highly recommend that you create your online account before you proceed further.

  1. This step will differ depending on whether you are accessing our website from a PC/Laptop/Tablet or Cell Phone.
    • PC/Laptop/Tablet
      • Hover over/select Programs located in the upper middle of the page.
      • Select Register Today!
    • Cell Phone
      • Select Menu.
      • Select Programs from the menu that appears.
      • Select Register Today!
  2. Select Child Care.
    • Move on to After selecting Child Care, below.
  1. You do either of the following:
    • Select Programs at the top of the page.
    • Select the Program tab, next to Payment Methods.
      •  Select the blue + Add Program button
  2. Select Child Care.
    • Move on to After selecting Child Care, below.

After selecting Child Care, you will see something similar to this example image:

  • Select the time frame you would like to register your child for (if you have multiple children, this will be covered in a later step) and you will see something similar to this example image:

  • If you would like to register for just one day, select Register > on the same line as that day.
  • If you would like to register for more than one day, check the box next to each day you would like to register for.
    • Once you have selected all of your days, select Register Selected >.
  • On the next screen, select the first child you would like to register from your family list.
  • Verify that all Participant Contact Information is correct.
    • If you do change any of this information, select ‘Update ALL members in this unit’ to have the updated information be applied across your membership.
  • Answers the Program Questions.
  • Select Next >.
  • Read through the waivers and check the box for I agree.
  • Select Continue >.
  • You will now be on the Payment page.
    • If you are registering more than one child:
      • Check the box next to I have made sure the information above is correct.
      • Select Add to Cart.
      • You will be brought back to the Programs page.
      • You will see the following messages:
        • Success! Your Child Care registration has been added to the cart!
        • Warning! If you want to add another member of this unit to the same sessions click here
      • On the Warning! select here*. This will sign your next child up for the exact same set of sessions as your previous child(ren).
        • If you would like to register for a different amount of time, instead of selecting here, select Child Care again and follow the same steps up to this point.
      • You will be brought back to the page where you select a child.
      • Select the next child you would like to register.
      • You will now follow the same steps as before.
      • If you will be adding another child, select Add to Cart.
        • Otherwise, select Proceed to Checkout.
  • To pay for your Child Care, select the Payment Method dropdown box.
    • If you would like to use one of your Saved Methods, select it now. Otherwise, select a New Method.
      • If you select New Method, you will need to verify the billing contact and address information, then put in the billing information for the payment method you selected.
      • Select whether or not you would like to Save this payment method for future use.
    • Once you have selected your Payment Methodcheck the boxes for I have made sure the information above is correct and I authorize this purchase.
    • Select Complete.
  • You have now successfully signed your child(ren) up for Child Care!
