How Do I: Create My Online Account

The following steps will help assist you in creating your online account/web user for jcfymca.org.

If at any step in this process you run into issues, please email [email protected] or call 307 684 9558 for assistance.

  1. Navigate to jcfymca.org
  2. This next step will differ depending on whether you are accessing our website from a PC/Laptop/Tablet or Cell Phone.
    • PC/Laptop/Tablet
      • Select Log In located in the upper right corner of the page.
    • Cell Phone
      • Select Menu.
      • Select Log In located beneath Locations.
  3. If you already have an online account, you can log in with your email address and password.
  4. If you do not have an online account, please select the option below which best describes you.
  1. Select this option if you have never done anything with the Johnson County Family YMCA.
    • This means you have never had a membership with us or never done a program with us.
  2. Enter and confirm your email address.
  3. Select Continue and go through the process to create your online account.
    • Select Non-Member if you do not want to start a YMCA membership and only wish to sign up for programs.
  1. Select this option on the Log In page.
  2. Enter your Last NameDate Of Birth, and complete the reCAPTCHA.
  3. Select Find. You will be present with one (1) of four (4) messages.
    • Please select the message that is displayed from the list below.

As the message says, an online account/web user for the email you entered was on file.

If you think this is in error, did not receive the recovery email, or do not have access to the email address, please email [email protected] or call 307 684 9558 for assistance.

  1. Enter the email address that matches the obfuscated email in the box.
  2. Select Send me a link.
    • This will email you a link to set up your password.

Please email [email protected] or call 307 684 9558 to have an email address added to your account.

We will also activate the online account for you and send you an email to set up your password.

There are a number of things that could cause this to pop up:

  • You are not in our system.
  • There is a typo in your Last Name, either in the box or in our system.
  • There is a typo in your Date Of Birth, either in the box or in our system.

Please email [email protected] or call 307 684 9558 to verify if you are in our system or go to the “I have NEVER been a member or participant and I want to create a NEW ACCOUNT” menu above.
