Don’t let the workday interfere with your workout; instead, join us for the Lunch Time Power Hour and use that time to make a positive impact on your health. The Lunch Time Power Hour offerings are: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) a blend of strength and cardio that will get your heartrate up and keep it there. Swim and Spin is great training for triathlons or just staying in top shape, swim from 11:30-Noon and then onto the bikes for an intense 30 minutes of cycling on the pool deck. If team sports are more your thing, come on in for a helping of Noon Ball.
- HIIT: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:15pm – 12:45pm (Beginning December 11th)
- Swim and Spin: Tuesday and Thursday 11:30am – 12:30pm
- Noon Ball : Monday – Friday Noon – 1:00pm
